·        Jan 27, 2000, Post Voice of Democracy winner is Douglas Kramer and Youth Essay contest were selected, Isabel Manzanillo won first prize, Tricia Garcelli, 2nd, and Joyce Balangue 3rd, Prizes of! 500, 200, and 100 pesos respectively were presented.
